This means that the shortest timeframe from submission to publication and dissemination is approximately 2 months; but up to 6 months is equally possible (and more likely), given the ease or difficulty in sourcing independent expert reviewers, and the timeliness of reviews, as well as competing publication scheduling (ie. special issues). The table below provides a guide for authors as to the stages of the process and likely timelines.
